Beth Lee and Terry Aldrige Named to Ingram's 2026 class of Heroes in Healthcare

About Beth Lee
Beth Lee, BSN, RN, NE-BC, Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City director of Patient Care Services, and Terry Aldrige, Saint Luke's South Hospital medical lab scientist, were named to the Ingram's 2026 class of Heroes in Healthcare. For 23 years, the publication’s annual list has recognized outstanding health care professionals driving high-quality care.
Beth’s career at Saint Luke’s spans more than 40 years. Since earning her nursing degree from Saint Luke’s College of Health Sciences in 1984, she has committed her entire career to improving patient care and outcomes, including caring for the first heart transplant recipient at Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute in 1985. Beth was recognized for her exceptional leadership and commitment to developing the next generation of caregivers.

About Terry Aldrige
Terry recently celebrated her 50th work anniversary with Saint Luke's. Widely respected for the depth of her knowledge and experience, Terry was recognized for her extraordinary performance as a scientist and dedicated support of colleagues and point of care processes throughout the hospital.
“I am honored to be named as one of Ingram’s Heroes in Healthcare,” says Terry. “I’ve stayed with Saint Luke’s for over 50 years because this is my happy place. It’s a pleasure to work at an organization where everyone shares the same goal—to do our absolute best for every patient. I am so grateful to be recognized and thankful to all the heroes in my Saint Luke’s family I get to work with every day.”
